The Moon and Stars Earrings are a celestial-inspired earrings that feature a full sterling silver moon, ten-point star, and come in either your choice of snowy-night like Dendritic Opal or shimmery Lepidolite.
The full moon is created from fusing silver dust to a disc of silver, and with a little extra texture and forming, becomes a dimensional, luminous moon! The ten-point star is two hand-sawn stars arranged and soldered together.
Each pair of Moon and Stars Earring has something a little different, whether it be the stone or the order of elements. But both pairs measure approximately 3" from top to bottom and are hung on a hand-formed sterling silver earring wire.
About the Stones:
Dendritic Opal is known for its inclusions of dendritic patterns that sometimes resemble branches, ferns, or snowflakes ( thanks to presences of manganese or iron oxide). These inclusions create a beautiful contrast against the stone's base color, which can range from black, gray, white, or blue. These in particular have a beautiful translucent quality to them, and are reminiscent of a dark, snowy night sky.
Lepidolite is known for its stunning range of lilac and pink hues and glittering appearance. The stone is often flecked with tiny specks of mica, giving it is shimmer and iridescence.

It's recommend to remove your sterling silver jewelry before going into a pool, hot tubs/hot springs, and when doing household chores that involve chemical cleaners.
Cleaning Options:
1. Warm Water and Mild Dish Soap with a gentle brush
2. Microfiber Cloths or polish-embedded cloths (may affect the color of patina)
3. Ultrasonic cleaner -- if your jewelry has a stone in it, TO AVOID DAMAGE, please check that it is safe to place that type of stone in an ultrasonic cleaner
Tarnish Happens:
Consistent wear may help keep tarnish at bay, but when your jewelry needs a rest, try to store it in a cool, dry place. Storing with anti-tarnish strips, silica packs, or even chalk may help.
